Dunaj is a newly reconstructed development in the heart of Bratislava, blending architectural heritage with contemporary urban needs. It unites two of the city’s iconic buildings: the 1936 modernist Brouk & Babka department store and the 1980s-era Dom odievania, both of which have long stood as cultural landmarks.

The project, led by an experienced development team CTP and architectural studio Bogle Architects, breathes new life into these structures. It respects their historic value while transforming them into a modern, functional, and lively space.

Dunaj now offers a unique mix of space premises, premium retail, gastronomy, offices, and residential units, all integrated into a vibrant urban concept. The development includes an open pedestrian passage that reconnects SNP Square with Nedbalova Street, creating a dynamic and publicly accessible environment.

This is not only a reconstruction, but a rebirth of a key part of Bratislava’s architectural story—reviving Dunaj as a symbol of timeless design and sustainable urban living.
