The project, led by an experienced development team CTP and architectural studio Bogle Architects, breathes new life into these structures. It respects their historic value while transforming them into a modern, functional, and lively space. Dunaj now offers a unique mix of space premises, premium retail, gastronomy, offices, and residential units, all integrated into a vibrant urban concept. The development includes an open pedestrian passage that reconnects SNP Square with Nedbalova Street, creating a dynamic and publicly accessible environment.
