DMC Kvasiny is the largest permitted hall ready for construction near the Škoda Auto plant in Kvasiny, where the successful SUPERB, KODIAQ, and KAROQ models are produced. The planned project includes the construction of one modern industrial hall with a total rentable area of 18,245 sq m. The premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, or light production. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and tailored to the tenant's requirements. Available 10-12 months from the signing of the contract. DMC Kvasiny is located 1.3 km from the Škoda Auto cargo gates. The construction will take place on the basis of the technical standard DMC construction 4.0.
