Overview

D4 AREA Warehouses is a modern industrial and logistics zone located right on the edge of Bratislava, within the cadastral area of Most pri Bratislave. The zone is designed for storage, logistics, light industrial production, and multifunctional facilities. The plots range from 2,000 m² to 10,000 m², and all available land is already equipped with complete utilities – electricity, water, gas, sewage, lighting, optical cable, stormwater drainage, and access roads. Construction is possible up to three above-ground floors plus one underground level.
