Overview

CTPark Prešov North is a modern industrial and logistics park offering warehouse space for rent and industrial units for rent with high technical standards in Eastern Slovakia. The park has approx. 125,000 m² of logistics, industrial and future retail space, including a building PRN1 of 11,375 m² already available. Clear internal height ranges between 10.5-12 m and the floor load capacity is 5 t/m².
