Corvin Palace, located at one of Budapest's busiest intersections and public transport hubs, has functioned as a prestigious department store since 1926. The restoration of the building and the reconstruction of the square began in 2021, and by spring 2023, the property will enrich the already renovated Blaha Lujza Square with its original beauty. After the renovation, the building will serve commercial functions on three levels and office functions on four levels, totaling 16,500 square meters. The top floor features a panoramic terrace offering gastronomic and cultural experiences. Following its heritage restoration and modernization to meet 21st-century technical requirements, the building will become a jewel of Budapest, both aesthetically and in terms of its services and quality.
