Czech Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament 2026
More than just a tournament, this event brings together professionals from across the real estate industry to compete, connect, and make a meaningful difference. Every match played helps support remarkable charities and proves that sport has the power to unite people for a greater cause.

This year marks our 10th anniversary, and we can’t wait to celebrate a decade of sport, friendship, and charity with you!
Following the success of previous Czech Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournaments, we are proud to be organizing the 10th anniversary edition of this charitable and social event. This year's tournament will take place on Thursday, 27 August 2026, once again at Žluté lázně in Prague.
Companies from the real estate and related industries will compete on the volleyball courts, while colleagues, clients, family members and friends are welcome to join throughout the day, enjoy the accompanying programme and support the participating teams.
In addition to the tournament itself, visitors can look forward to sports activities, a kids' zone, a chill-out area, networking opportunities and a beach party in a unique summer atmosphere.
The main aim of this sporting event is to raise money for the selected charity organizations to support their needs. Last year, a total of 595,000 CZK was raised for charity through organizing the event.
In 2026, we are supporting these charities:
Throughout the day, visitors can meet all three supported charities under one large charity tent. Representatives from Amélie, Modrý Hroch and Sanitka splněných snů will be available to introduce their activities and answer questions.
Visitors are welcome to stop by at any time during the event, learn more about their missions and support them in any way they choose.
Sanitka splněných snů will also bring its ambulance, giving visitors the opportunity to see it up close and learn more about this unique project.
The event doesn’t end with the final match! On the contrary, please accept our invitation to a BBQ and beach party following the announcement of the results and handover of cheques to supported charities. After playing on the pitch or supporting in the stands, we all need a bit of relaxation with a cocktail in the hand while watching sunset over the Vltava river. The DJ will be playing some beach party classics as well as the latest hits … so we can dance and party till dawn!
We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, August 27, 2026. As every year, the tournament will take place at Žluté lázně and will be followed by an Open Air After-Party, where we'll celebrate a great day of sport, networking, and charity together. We can't wait to welcome you!
Need to Know
How to build a team?
Each team must consist of a maximum of 7 players (4 playing and 3 reserves) and at least one female player must take part in each match played. Substitution of players has no limit but has to be done after the rally and after agreement of referee. There is obligation of rotation of players on service. There is no restriction in player’s position on the field.
What is the registration fee and what it covers?
Registration fee is CZK 40,000 (VAT included) and the main goal is to support chosen charities. Fee includes of the food and beverage consumption throughout the day for the teams. Non-players will need to cover their own consumption. We have a limited number of places at the tournament. For this, we need your confirmation of team registration as soon as possible to guarantee you a place. To register please fill in the registration form. Registration is considered complete after processing the fee.
How the game is played?
Team can touch the ball maximum 3 times with every single part of the body, it is not allowed to catch or throw the ball. It is not allowed to touch the net with any part of body during rally. Match will be played in form of 1 set up to 21 points with at least 2 points difference. Side switch is when first team reaches 11 points.
All players are required to register at 10:00.
Tournament starts at 11:00 AM. Each team member will receive a players wrist band which they must keep throughout the whole tournament.
Game system example from previous year
Tournament starts at 11:00 AM. Each team is composed of 4 players on the field. One player must be a woman for each game played. Substitutions are unlimited but must be agreed with the referee. There is an obligation for the rotation of players on service. A match will consist of one game up to 21 points (won by 2 clear points). The tournament will start with a “Round Robin” group play system. Each team will play a guaranteed 3 matches. 8 groups of 3 teams, all 3 teams from each group will progress to the knock-out rounds. (final system depends on the number of teams)

SUPPORTERS AND NON PLAYERS
The event can be attended by non-players, such as colleagues and family members, for whom there will be no admission fee and their participation and support is equally as important to make the day a success. Just say that you are coming to Charity Beach Volleyball event at the entrance and they will let you in for free. Then take a wristband from our hostesses so the security knows that you belong to us.
It’s going to be a fun and relaxing day for everyone, not just the players, but their families too! Throughout the day, you’ll be able to enjoy paddleboarding, ping-pong, and mini tennis free of charge, as well as beach volleyball basics sessions led by two Czech volleyball coaches. There will also be a Pilates session open to everyone. And yes, that includes the men!
If you need to buy any drinks or food – beach bar and grill will be open during whole day.
