By submitting the registration form, you confirm the participation of your company’s team and agree to the registration fee of 40,000 CZK (VAT included). You also consent to the use of any photos or videos taken of you and your team during the event for promotional purposes. Your registration will be confirmed once the fee has been processed.
Please make sure to fill in your company details accurately, as they will be used to prepare the contract - Gift Agreement, which forms the basis for the fee payment.

The agreement must be signed by the end of July by both parties and sent by email (scanned) or by post (original copy).

If your correspondence address differs from the invoicing address, please let us know right after submitting your registration to avoid any delays. 

The registration fee covers all tournament-related expenses. The remaining amount-nearly two-thirds-will be donated to selected charities. 

If you don’t yet know the names of all players - no worries. You can send them by email up to two weeks before the tournament. 

Once you’ve submitted the form, please also send your company logo (with a transparent background in PDF, PNG, or AI format) to katerina.vidnerova@iopartners.com, so we can add your company to the list of partners.
