In Q1 2025, the total take-up reached almost 63,850 sqm which represents a slight 3% decrease when compared to the previous quarter and 36% increase compared to Q1 2024. 30% of tenants came from Consumer goods sector, followed by Finance/ Banking/Insurance (22%) and IT (18%).
