Overview

COMIT Vlkanová hall provides warehouse and manufacturing space for rent, well-suited for logistics, production, or material storage. Hall M1 has a total area of 11,900 m² plus an annex of 370 m², with clear height of 8.2 m under the overhead crane and 10.7 m to the lower part of the beam. The facility includes overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 8,000 kg, four large rolling shutters (5.4 × 5.5 m) at both ends of the hall, polished concrete flooring, its own transformer station with almost unlimited electrical power supply, dedicated parking, full truck access, and security service.
