  • Hotel sector accounted for 61% of total investment volume, followed by industrial & logistics with 25% and retail with 14%.


  • Average deal size year-to-date stood at 31 million €.


  • Prime yields stood at 6.25% for offices (+25 bps y/y), 6.50% for shopping centres (0 bps y/y), and 6.00% for industrial & logistics (-25 bps y/y).
