New Leadership at iO Partners Serbia: Milica Nikolić Appointed Managing Director

Milica Nikolić assumes the role of Managing Director of iO Partners Serbia, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate advisory and market development across the office, industrial and retail sectors in Serbia.


During her career, Milica held senior leadership roles at CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield group, where she spent over 18 years. Her core expertise lies in the office sector, where she has led and advised on some of the largest and most significant transactions in the Serbian market. She has worked extensively with international companies entering or expanding their presence in Serbia, as well as with leading domestic corporates and investors.


In her new role, Milica will work closely with Andrew Peirson, Managing Director of iO Partners in the Czech Republic, who was formerly based in Serbia for 10 years.
