Following our strategic market entry earlier in 2025 through a franchise agreement with OPTIN, we are further expanding our presence by introducing the Project & Development Services (PDS) business line. This strategic move represents the next step in our mission to deliver a full spectrum of real estate services across Central and Eastern Europe. To lead this new phase of growth, Aleksandra Dorninger-Potkonjak joined iO Partners Austria as Head of Project & Development Services in October 2025. Based in Vienna, Aleksandra works in close cooperation with OPTIN, leveraging their mutual local market expertise and client network to deliver integrated development advisory services.
