Complex management of the interior fit-out and management of all the internal suppliers of the client in Twin City Tower.

Project represented the first fit-out in a brand-new development, Twin City Tower in Bratislava. Our Project and Development Services (PDS) team was responsible for the fit-out of whole new premises in a very short time, while the requirements for the project had to meet the highest standards.

Moreover, PDS team covered the construction and supplier management including supplier tendering. For each trade, two to three suppliers were needed and each of them had a different lead time which made it hard to coordinate.

Even though there were many challenges within the project, PDS team handled the project perfectly. They were able to overcome the issues with supplying thanks to their agile approach and promptness.
