Construction Project Management for leading UK’s retailer in Eurovea
Slovak Project and Development Services (PDS) team has successfully completed 2,400 sqm reconstruction project for Sports Direct, the UK’s leading sport retailer, within one of the largest shopping centre in Bratislava, Eurovea.
The project involved the re-design of a complex space in accordance with the client’s new concept. Slovak iO Partners team was entrusted to lead the whole construction management process which resulted in successful delivery and expansion of our cooperation on a regional level.
The new retail premises in Eurovea, Bratislava now serve as a foundation for other Sports Direct branches in various regional cities across Slovakia and abroad. The Slovak iO Partners PDS team will lead the regional reconstruction project and subsequently will help to establish and open new Sports Direct branches throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
