    Prime retail supply stood at ca. 2.2 mil sqm by the end of Q1 2024. Bratislava region accounts for the majority of the stock, representing approx. 34%, followed by Košice, Nitra and Žilina region. Majority of the modern retail stock is represented by Shopping centres with 65% followed by Retail parks with ca. 27%.
