Trendy design in a new building next to the riverbank

Our Project and Development Services (PDS) team was addressed by a well-known pharmaceutical company to design their office after moving in the new L12 office building as one of the latest tenants. The L12 office building is located in an exclusive part of Bratislava, right next to the riverbank.

Within this project, PDS team Slovakia mainly focused on creating a functional workplace that would be flexible and would fulfill all of the requirements the company had. Several meetings with the company´s employees and leadership were held before and during the project implementation to discuss the proper and functional setup of the workplace.

Within the project, our team facilitated project management, workplace, cost management, consulting as well as the whole project was designed by our PDS team.
